Keen Equitondary may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without liability, including during maintenance windows, upgrades, or in response to operational or regulatory considerations.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Keen Equitondary promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Keen Equitondary is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

5. Fees and Charges

Any fee structure applicable to use of the Platform will be disclosed within the account dashboard or associated documentation prior to activation of a paid feature. Keen Equitondary reserves the right to modify its fee structure prospectively, with reasonable notice provided through the Platform or by email to the address associated with your account.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading and investing in financial instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Past performance of any strategy, indicator, or system output is not indicative of future results.
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using the Platform, regardless of any analytics, signals, or automated suggestions provided.
• Market conditions, execution venues, and third-party infrastructure may affect outcomes in ways outside the control of Keen Equitondary.
• You should only commit capital that you can afford to lose and should seek independent financial advice where appropriate.

7. Prohibited Conduct
